The sky has no fixed form, yet it defines everything beneath it. It changes through light, movement and distance—appearing weightless while holding an entire atmosphere.
The Silky Sky Set begins with that contradiction. Pale blue silk reflects light across its surface like daylight moving through open air. A high band collar and concealed placket keep the front controlled and uninterrupted, while the sleeves gather into soft volume before narrowing sharply at the cuffs.
At the centre, a broad pleated waistband creates a horizontal line across the body—an architectural horizon separating the two forms. Beneath it, deeply pleated trousers open into an exaggerated wide leg, allowing the silk to fall in long, fluid columns.
This is not softness without discipline. It is volume given direction. What feels open has been precisely held. What appears weightless is architecture constructed in silk.
FABRIC : Fine Sky-Blue Silk—a smooth, fluid fabric with a luminous surface that changes as it moves through light. Soft enough to create an effortless fall, yet substantial enough to maintain the set’s gathered sleeves, structured waist and dramatic proportions.
SET INCLUDES : A long-sleeved silk shirt and matching high-waisted silk trousers with a structured pleated waistband.
SHIRT DETAILS : Designed with a high band collar, concealed front placket and voluminous sleeves gathered at the shoulders and cuffs. Extended cuffs sharpen the shape of the sleeves, balancing their softness with a clean, precise finish.
TROUSER DETAILS : High-waisted trousers with deep front pleats and an exaggerated wide-leg silhouette. The full length allows the silk to gather gently towards the floor, creating continuous movement with every step.
WAIST CONSTRUCTION : A broad, horizontally pleated waistband defines the centre of the set. Its structured form creates a precise transition between the volume of the shirt and the fluid openness of the trousers.
FIT : Relaxed through the shirt and dramatically wide through the trousers, with a structured fit at the natural waist. The silhouette is intentionally oversized and full-length. Size up only if you prefer additional ease at the waist and through the body.
MODEL : Model is 5'10" wearing Medium. Trousers are worn at the natural waist.
OCCASIONS : Designed for cocktail evenings, destination celebrations, date nights, formal events, birthday and anniversary parties, festive occasions and wedding events. Its luminous colour gives ceremonial dressing a softer, more unexpected presence.
MAN HOURS : It takes approximately 92 hrs to create the Silky Sky Set. Particular attention is given to the gathered sleeves, extended cuffs, deep trouser pleats and structured waistband so that every area of volume falls with intention.
CUSTOMISATION OPTION : Conscious of our environmental responsibility, Insane Shell is a 100% made-to-order brand. Every piece ordered through our website is created specifically for you. Our standard size chart is designed to accommodate a wide range of body types. If you require alterations, select the CUSTOM option while placing your order, and our team will contact you for the necessary measurements and details.
PLEASE NOTE : The Silky Sky Set belongs to a limited-edition collectible collection. Once it is sold out, it will never be produced or restocked again.
DELIVERY TIMELINE : Every piece is made only after an order has been placed. Your set will require approximately 3-15 days for production and dispatch, followed by the applicable delivery time for your location. We remain committed to a made-to-order model because we believe clothing should be created with intention—not produced in excess.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS : Professional dry cleaning only. Do not wash, wring or apply direct heat to the silk. Store the shirt and trousers on wide, padded hangers, and avoid compressing the gathered sleeves or structured waistband for extended periods.
EXCHANGE & RETURN : We offer a free exchange within 30 days of delivery in case of sizing issues or damage. We do not accept returns because every garment is created specifically for its wearer. When a made-to-order piece is returned or left unaccepted, it risks becoming waste—and that is something we do not wish to promote.
