Return Policy

Insane Shell is a made-to-order brand, therefore we do not accept returns. However, customers may request a replacement in the following cases:

• If the product is received damaged, or

• If there is a fitting issue due to the silhouette of the product.

Replacement & Store Credit

Once a return request is submitted, our team will review it. If the request is approved, customers will receive either:

• A replacement product, or

• Store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Please note that replacements or store credit will only be issued after the returned product has been received and verified by our team.
