Shipping policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or Speed Post. They are usually dispatched within 10–12 working days, or according to the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier or postal service norms.

THE INSANE SHELL is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier partner as per the delivery date confirmed at the time of the order.

Some high-demand products may take up to 20 days to dispatch, as they are made to order. Although, we offer expedited dispatch upon request.

All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email ID provided during registration.
