Insane Shell translates that principle into contemporary tailoring. Instead of relying on one or two conventional trouser pleats, the Samurai Pant 14.0 uses a sequence of narrow and broad folds to build its entire silhouette.
“14.0” represents another stage in the evolution of the Samurai series—less dependent on external layers and more focused on the architecture created within the fabric itself. The design does not reproduce a historical Japanese garment. It develops an original language from its principles of proportion, repetition and movement.
FABRIC : Crafted from premium fabric selected for its smooth surface, elegant fall and ability to retain the pant’s intricate pleated construction.
The material has sufficient structure to preserve the waistband and narrow upper folds while remaining fluid enough for the deeper pleats to open through the legs. This balance allows the pant to maintain a sculptural silhouette without becoming stiff or restrictive.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE : Each Samurai Pant 14.0 requires approximately 7–10 days to create. The garment is cut, pleated and constructed only after an order has been placed.
Particular attention is given to forming the structured waistband, measuring and aligning the multiple pleats, balancing the volume between both legs, integrating the pockets and finishing the floor-length hems evenly.
This production period does not include delivery time.

Minor differences in pleat depth, placement and fall may occur between individual pieces due to the made-to-order construction process. These variations make every garment subtly individual.
Cloud Dancer and other lighter colourways require careful handling. Avoid contact with dark surfaces, fresh dyes, makeup, ink and rough flooring. Take additional care when using stairs or walking on wet or uneven ground.
DELIVERY TIMELINE : Once production is complete and the pant has been dispatched, delivery takes approximately 3–15 days, depending on your destination and courier service. We deliver across India and internationally.

We will assist you with a special request wherever production feasibility, courier availability and the destination permit. Expedited shipping refers to transit after dispatch and does not automatically reduce the 7–10 day production timeline unless confirmed by our team before the order is placed.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS : Professional dry cleaning only to preserve the colour, waistband structure, intricate pleats and floor-length drape.
Do not wash, bleach, soak, wring or tumble dry. Avoid rubbing stains directly, as this may spread the mark or alter the finish of the fabric.
If pressing is required, use low to medium heat with a protective cloth and follow the established direction of each pleat carefully. Do not create additional folds across the wide legs.
Store the pant on a clip hanger from the waistband or fold it carefully along its existing pleats. Ensure that the floor-length hems are clean and completely dry before storage.
