DELIVERY TIMELINE : Once production is complete and the product has been dispatched, delivery takes approximately 3–15 days, depending on your destination and courier service. We deliver across India and internationally. Customs duties, import taxes or other destination-specific charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

We will assist you with a special request wherever production feasibility, courier availability and the destination permit.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS : Professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the waffle texture, washed finish and patchwork. Do not bleach, soak, wring or tumble dry. Do not iron directly over the patches. If required, turn the garment inside out and use low heat with a protective cloth. Store carefully and keep the applied artwork away from sharp objects and rough surfaces.
EXCHANGE & RETURN : We offer a free exchange within 30 days of delivery in case of sizing issues or damage. We do not accept returns because every garment is created specifically for its wearer. When a made-to-order piece is returned or left unaccepted, it risks becoming waste—and that is something we do not wish to promote.
