The word “dojo” refers to a place of practice: a space shaped by discipline, repetition and continual refinement. That philosophy informs the pant’s construction. Rather than relying on excessive decoration, the design draws attention to proportion, movement and precise tailoring. At the waist, an integrated fabric tie crosses the front and falls vertically beside the pleats, introducing a controlled asymmetry. Below it, the fabric opens into a wide, uninterrupted leg that moves naturally around the body. The result is understated but distinctive—a pant designed to carry quiet authority.
INSPIRATION : The Dojo Pant takes inspiration from the visual discipline associated with Japanese spaces of practice, where simplicity is not emptiness but concentration. Its measured pleats, wrapped waist and generous silhouette explore the relationship between freedom and control. The design does not reproduce a traditional garment; it translates the principles of balance, restraint and purposeful movement into a contemporary Insane Shell silhouette.
FABRIC : Constructed from premium mélange woven fabric with a subtly textured, multidimensional surface. The interwoven tones give the material depth and character when viewed closely, while maintaining a refined appearance from a distance. Its balanced weight provides enough structure to hold the pleats and waistband cleanly while remaining comfortable andugh the legs.
PLEATING & FINISHING : Carefully positioned pleats shape the front of the pant fluid thro, creating volume without adding unnecessary bulk around the waist. Every pleat is measured, aligned and individually finished to preserve a clean fall through the legs. The construction allows the folds to open gently with movement before returning naturally to their intended line.
WAIST CONSTRUCTION : The waist features an architectural wrap detail with an elongated integrated tie. It crosses the upper front before falling vertically, adding movement and subtle asymmetry to the otherwise restrained silhouette. Belt loops and precise tailoring details are incorporated into the waist to give the garment a refined and considered finish.
SHAPE : Designed with a defined high waist, relaxed seat and wide, full-length legs. The silhouette falls in a long, nearly uninterrupted line from the upper pleats to the hem. Its generous proportions create visual presence while retaining a clean and versatile form.
FIT : Relaxed through the hips and legs, with a more structured fit around the waist. The wide-leg construction offers comfort and ease of movement without losing its tailored appearance. The length is designed to fall generously over footwear and may gather slightly at the hem depending on the wearer’s height.
FUNCTIONAL DETAILS : Discreet side pockets are integrated into the construction for everyday practicality. Their placement preserves the clean outer line of the pant and allows the hands to rest naturally without distorting its shape.
COLOURS : Available in three carefully selected mélange shades:

PRODUCTION TIMELINE : Each Dojo Pant requires approximately 5–7 days to create. The garment is cut and constructed only after an order has been placed. Particular attention is given to the placement and finishing of the pleats, the shaping of the waist and the construction of the extended wrap tie.

DELIVERY TIMELINE : Once production is complete and the product has been dispatched, delivery takes approximately 3–15 days, depending on your destination and courier service. We deliver across India and internationally. Customs duties, import taxes or other destination-specific charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY : If you require expedited shipping with an estimated transit time of 2–3 days, please contact our customer-care team with your delivery location and required date before placing your order. We will assist you with a special request wherever production feasibility, courier availability and the destination permit.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS : Professional dry cleaning only. Do not wash, soak, wring or tumble dry. Use gentle steam from a safe distance if required. Avoid applying excessive heat or pressure directly over the pleats, as this may affect their shape. Store the pant carefully on a structured hanger to preserve the waistband, pleating and overall silhouette.
EXCHANGE & RETURN : We offer a free exchange within 30 days of delivery in case of sizing issues or damage. We do not accept returns because every garment is created specifically for its wearer. When a made-to-order piece is returned or left unaccepted, it risks becoming waste—and that is something we do not wish to promote.
